Customer Service and Technical Support

About Us:  

MacTech Guam is offering an internship opportunity tailored for students interested in combining customer service skills with technical support experience. This position provides hands-on learning in assisting customers with their tech-related concerns and working alongside our repair and support teams

  

Who We're Looking For:  

  • Students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Individuals with a strong interest in customer service and technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with customer concerns

  

What Your Role and Responsibilities look like:  

  • Provide frontline customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails or chats.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
  • Document customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the technical team.
  • Help in managing and tracking customer service tickets.
  • Offer product advice and technical recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to provide resolutions to common tech problems

  

Duration and Time Commitments:  

  • Open for Fall and Spring Semester
  • 120 Hours for the internship period, hours can be adjusted based on class requirements/schedule
