Helpdesk Technician

About Us:  

MacTech Guam is offering an internship opportunity tailored for students specializing in Information Technology and Computer Science.

  • Students enrolled in the University of Guam Computer Science program

What Your Role and Responsibilities look like:  

  • Provide user support for computer and software concerns
  • Manage user requests assistance through phone or chat
  • Setting up computers and software installations
  • Aiding users in password and account matters
  • Creating guidelines for technical issues
  • Adhering to data security protocols

  

Duration and Time Commitments:  

  • Open-ended, available for Fall and Spring Semester
  • 120 Hours for the internship period, hours can be adjusted based on class requirements/schedule
