Student Member Service Representative

In January 2018, Community First launched the Community First Student Run Credit Union a student-run service center located in the heart of Mangilao near the campuses of University of Guam and Guam Community College. This student-run service center, the first of its kind on island, is operated by college students enrolled in either UOG or GCC and is open to serve all existing and new members of the credit union.

Students are trained in the credit union’s policies and procedures and are mentored by at least one Community First manager. Students participate in the program for up to two semesters and are able to use their experience to springboard into a career in the finance industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Junior in a 4 year program or sophomore in a 2 year program
  • Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Provide two letters of recommendation from faculty or advisors
